Flatten docs hierarchy and branch for 4.4.x docs

Gert Vanthienen
Administrator
L.S.,

With the new Activiti support just committed a few moments ago and
Akka support added a few weeks ago as well, it's time to start
documenting these new features for our upcoming 4.5.0 release.  If
that's OK for people, I would like to create a branch for maintaining
the 4.4.x documentation and start working on the 4.5.x documentation
set in trunk, so we can add information about these new features
there.

Before doing so, I have another proposal: I would also like to flatten
the documentation hierarchy a bit - if you look at
http://servicemix.apache.org/docs/4.4.0/, there you have the
quickstart guide and a JBI guide, but the at the
http://servicemix.apache.org/docs/4.4.0/users-guide/ level, you get
the Camel and NMR guides.  I think it would be better to have them all
in a single overview instead.  I'd rather do that for the current
documentation first, before branching for the next release, so don't
have to manually merge those changes between branches afterwards.

Gert Vanthienen

L.S.,

I just committed the changes to flatten the docs hierarchy. I'll do a
few more style fixes tomorrow to get the docs pages a bit more aligned
with the main website look and feel before setting up the new
branches.
